Accommodation and Resources
The school is well resourced with two halls, an indoor swimming pool, playing field, four playgrounds and a MUGA (Multi-Use-Games-Area). There is a wide range of games and gymnastics equipment appropriate for all age groups. The swimming pool is an excellent resource, and all children are able to take advantage of this through swimming lessons within school time.
The school has developed a computer room which is equipped with sufficient computers to enable a whole class to work together, to be taught and to practise IT skills. Children are able to carry out word-processing, data-handling and information retrieval operations, working individually, in small groups or as a class. Children have restricted access to the Internet through the school's IT network. Each class is also equipped with an Interactive Whiteboard which is used to enhance teaching and learning.
